At The Why Road, we believe that everybody deserves to pursue their true potential. Our mission as a company is to help people follow their 'why'. I've been fortunate enough to spend over fifteen years working in frontline social services, community therapy, and in private practice - alongside amazing people from all walks of life. My experience has taught me that there are many barriers to fulfilling our individual potential. Anxiety is currently the most widely experienced mental health issue, and I believe it is the number one barrier to contentment.
The 'Conquer Anxiety Course' was crafted in collaboration with a team of mental health experts, to help people overcome this barrier and to take control. The sessions integrate a combination of simple tools that get to the root of anxious thinking and anxious feeling, bring your anxiety down to an appropriate level, and set you back on your path to contentment!
